Telesales Officer

Responsibilities: Handle customer service and sales enquiries. Manage administrative processes and follow up to close sales opportunities. Monitor and follow up on customers with significant variances in energy/power consumption. Provide timely solutions and support to address customer enquiries and concerns Requirements: Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in customer service, sales, or administrative support will be an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a positive and service-oriented attitude. Able to multitask and manage administrative duties efficiently. Comfortable handling customer enquiries and following up on sales opportunities. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
