Meat Specialist (Delicato) 📍 Location: Hougang Mall (or to another outlet may be required) 💰 Salary: $3,200 & Above + Attractive Bonus/Welfare & Benefits Join a leading premium food retail brand and be part of a team dedicated to delivering quality products and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities • Drive sales and profitability through effective product presentation, merchandising, and inventory management. • Maintain attractive displays and ensure product freshness and quality standards are met. • Apply knowledge of meat products, preparation techniques, and service standards to support daily operations. • Supervise, guide, and mentor meat cutters and counter staff. • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards. • Deliver excellent customer service and provide product recommendations to customers. Requirements • Minimum 1 year of experience in fresh food, butcher, meat processing (Beef/Pork/Lamb), supermarket, grocery retail, or related industries. • Knowledge of meat cuts, meat preparation, food handling, and food safety practices. • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude. • Service-oriented team player with leadership potential. • Physically fit and able to carry up to 10kg and perform stock replenishment duties. • Able to work a 6-day work week, including weekends and Public Holidays.
