About the Role We are looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing custom carpentry works for residential and commercial interior fit-out projects. Key Responsibilities Fabricate and install custom-built carpentry works for residential and commercial projects. Read and interpret shop drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and installation. Carry out on-site measurements, installation, rectification, and finishing works. Operate woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools safely and efficiently. Coordinate with supervisors, site personnel, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure quality workmanship and complete assigned tasks within project timelines. Maintain a clean and organized work area while complying with workplace safety regulations. Perform other carpentry-related duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience in furniture manufacturing, renovation, or interior fit-out projects. Ability to read and interpret technical/shop drawings is an advantage. Skilled in using woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools. Good understanding of carpentry techniques, materials, and installation methods. Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Physically fit and willing to work at workshop and project sites.
