About this role
Key Responsibilities Develop colour schemes for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Prepare colour proposals, visual simulations, and client presentation materials. Recommend colour solutions that align with architectural design, project requirements, and paint systems. Support Sales and Specification teams in tenders, client meetings, and project presentations. Present and explain colour concepts to clients, architects, and consultants. Revise proposals based on feedback and maintain project documentation. Keep abreast of colour, design, and market trends to support new colour collections and design initiatives. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related discipline. 2–5 years of relevant experience in architectural colour design, interior design, or a similar field. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or equivalent design software. Strong understanding of colour theory, architectural finishes, and building materials. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently. Excellent communication and presentation skills with a customer-focused mindset. Experience in the paints, coatings, architecture, or construction industry is an advantage.
