About this role
Responsibilities: Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and authorities on project matters Manage on-site construction works across multiple trades Oversee project progress, quality, cost, and client relationships Prepare project reports, documentation, and correspondence Monitor contractor performance to ensure project objectives are met Handle defects rectification and improvement works Implement quality, safety, and environmental management procedures Requirements: Degree in Building /Civil Engineering /Architectural with at least 7-8 years related working experience in residential buildings. Diploma in Bldg/Civil Eng/Architectural/Quantity Surveying with at least 15 years related working experience. Possession of SCDP (Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity) or CCPP (Certified Construction Productivity Professional) certification would be advantage. OTHER INFORMATION: Location: Balestier Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm. Saturday, 8am to 12pm. Salary: $9500 basic + Allowance (To be discussed in the interview) + Variable Bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
