Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Production Planner to oversee production scheduling, material planning, and workflow coordination to ensure efficient operations and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with production, engineering, and suppliers to optimize manufacturing processes and improve productivity. Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule production, materials, and resources to meet delivery commitments. Ensure smooth material and logistics flow while resolving operational issues with relevant departments. Create and review machining process plans, including high-speed machining processes and surface coating requirements. Work closely with the production and engineering teams to improve cycle time and production yield. Manage subcontractors and monitor project deliverables. Purchase production components and coordinate machine maintenance schedules. Prepare production and purchasing reports for management. Monitor and control production and purchasing budgets. Support the Sales Coordinator on assigned projects. Recommend improvements to production methods, equipment, and operating procedures to enhance productivity. Requirements Experience in production planning within a manufacturing or precision machining environment. Knowledge of precision machining processes is an advantage. Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
