We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant who knows what it takes to do this well, and is ready to do it at scale. What You'll Do Manage end-to-end recruitment across your specialisation — from client engagement to candidate placement Build and deepen client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted talent partner Develop and grow your own candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and market mapping Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team performance Deliver tangible results — consistently and with the quality our clients expect What We're Looking For Demonstrated experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field A track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets Strong relationship-building skills — with clients and candidates alike Someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and doesn't wait to be told Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
