Job Description: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Deliver therapeutic interventions Manage assigned caseloads Review and adjust treatment plans Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and handovers Maintain accurate patient records and service documentation Requirements: 1. Degree or qualification in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy 2. AHPC Registered 3. Relevant clinical experience in hospital, community, or rehabilitation settings 4.
