Job Summary: We are seeking a warm and attentive Guest Experience Specialist (Butler) to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering personalized frontline butler services and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. You’ll play a key role in creating exceptional first impressions and supporting day-to-day guest needs with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities: Guest Engagement Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance as needed. Offer personalized recommendations on local attractions, dining, entertainment, and cultural experiences. Provide detailed orientation of hotel facilities and amenities Service Coordination Facilitate reservations and bookings for restaurants, transportation, tours, and events. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally. Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Valet, and Transportation teams to ensure seamless service. Operational Support Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and offerings. Stay informed of local events and happenings at Resorts World Sentosa to enhance guest recommendations. Requirements: Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A valid driving license is an advantage. Knowledge of local attractions in Singapore and cultural institutions is advantageous.
