About this role

Key Responsibilities Employee Onboarding & Asset Administration Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new employees have the necessary equipment and resources from Day 1. Manage company assets, including laptops, mobile phones, SIM cards, EZ-Link cards, staff uniforms, name cards, and onboarding kits. Oversee asset inventory, procurement, issuance, and returns while maintaining accurate inventory records. Assist with basic IT setup, including laptop configuration and user account creation. Administrative & Operational Support Maintain and update employee records, databases, and administrative trackers accurately. Prepare and process employment-related documents, including confirmation letters, resignation acknowledgements, and other official correspondence. Provide day-to-day administrative support and assist with departmental projects and operational tasks. Employee Engagement & Internal Communications Support the creation and distribution of internal communications to promote company initiatives and announcements. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, welfare programmes, and company events to foster a positive workplace culture. Office & Facilities Coordination Coordinate office seating arrangements and ensure workstations are prepared for new joiners. Manage office supplies, stationery, and printer consumables to ensure sufficient stock levels. Liaise with external service providers on office maintenance, including air-conditioning, lighting, pantry supplies, and general facilities management. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment to support daily business operations. Requirements Diploma or equivalent qualification with prior experience in administration, office management, or operations support. Familiar with basic IT setup and troubleshooting, including laptop deployment and user account administration. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise confidently with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
