Accounts Executive (Ap)

Details: Permanent Position Woodlands / Sembawang area Mon-Fri Office Hours Responsibilities: Handle Accounts Payable processes, including invoice verification, processing, and payment preparation. Maintain accurate accounting records through timely data entry in the accounting system. Liaise with suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment-related queries. Support month-end closing activities and prepare audit schedules. Manage fixed asset records and perform periodic reconciliations. Assist in cash flow monitoring and planning to ensure timely payments. Support the Senior Accountant with finance operations and ad-hoc projects as assigned. Requirements: Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent Prior experience in Accounts Payable and/or ERP (CSI) systems is an advantage. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
