Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day financial operations across 4 entities. Oversee project costing and month-end/year-end closing. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts and financial reports. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning. Oversee GST filings and submit GST F5 returns Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, audit, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate and manage annual audits and liaise with external auditors, bankers, and tax authorities; prepare unaudited and review audited individual and consolidated financial statements. Manage monthly payroll processing for Singapore and Brunei, including HR administration and IR8A reporting. Oversee intercompany transactions and reconciliations. Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and treasury functions. Support business planning, investment analysis, and strategic decision-making. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent) preferred. Minimum 5–8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including managerial responsibilities. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation, budgeting, and financial controls. Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAPB1) and Microsoft Excel.
