Senior Associate (Continuing Sponsorship)

Company Overview RHT Capital is a boutique corporate finance advisory firm based in Singapore. The firm is a Capital Market Services license holder and Full Sponsor approved by the Singapore Exchange. The firm acts as a Continuing Sponsor to companies listed on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange, providing regulatory advice and guidance on continuing listing obligations in accordance with the Catalist Rules. Job Summary Support and advise listed companies on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange by managing compliance, reviewing financial disclosures, conducting due diligence, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure adherence to listing obligations and corporate governance standards. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of companies listed on the Catalist board by providing ongoing compliance support and advisory services Review announcements, periodic financial statements, annual reports, and circulars related to corporate actions to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance Advise directors and senior management on continuing listing obligations and corporate governance requirements to support informed decision-making Engage and coordinate with clients, regulators, auditors, lawyers, and corporate secretaries to facilitate smooth communication and compliance processes Monitor daily share price movements and media coverage to identify potential risks or opportunities affecting clients Conduct thorough client-onboarding due diligence to assess compliance and risk factors before engagement Execute ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support team objectives and client needs Required competencies and certifications Ability to understand and analyze financial statements to assess company performance and compliance Strong attention to detail in reviewing documents and communications to ensure accuracy and completeness Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder needs effectively in a fast-paced environment with agility to respond to changes Strong project and time management skills demonstrating initiative and ownership to deliver results independently Effective verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex information clearly and professionally Capability to work independently and perform under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver quality outcomes Preferred competencies and qualifications Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, or comparable qualification Familiarity with Bloomberg terminal usage to support market monitoring and analysis Knowledge of Singapore Exchange listing rules and regulatory framework to enhance advisory quality Relevant experience: minimum 2 years for Senior Associate level; 3 years for Assistant Manager/Manager level Fresh graduates with the right aptitude will be considered
