Business Development Executive

Job Summary: We are currently looking for a committed Business Development Executive to support company expansion plan. This role will be reporting to the Business Development Director. Job responsibilities: You need to reporting to the Business Development Director with assigned tasks to achieve agreed business targets. Strengthen Business relationship & maintain high customer intimacy with current clients and expand account base. Able to develop account strategy internally for key customers to identify growth opportunities with the account. Able to manage project and work closely with technical team. Able to partner with operation team to ensure customer satisfactions in terms of services and supply. Any other duties as assigned. Job required Skills: You must have minimum Diploma in chemistry or relevant field. You must have class 3 driving license with more than 2 years experience. Preferred at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in chemical or manufacturing industry. You must have excellent communication skills in both written and verbal. Comfortable working in an aromatic environment. Proficient in the Microsoft Suite Applications (Excel, Words, Power Point) and good presentation skills. Preferred Skills/Competencies: Exceptional PR, outgoing, creative Able to adaptive problem-solving skills and ability to work with strict deadlines. You must have knowledge and application of sales techniques such as building rapport needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing the sale. You must have ability to work both independently and / or within a team environment. Able to multi-tasking, prioritisation and effective time management skills. Benefit: Basic salary with commission
