We are partnering with a well-established global manufacturer to appoint a Microsoft Platforms Technical Project Manager based in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic Group Digital Technology team, supporting the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of small-to-medium Microsoft workplace and cloud projects while collaborating closely with technical teams, business stakeholders and vendors. Rather than running a single large programme, you will concurrently deliver multiple discrete initiatives, such as Azure cloud landing zone implementation and the rollout of Microsoft workplace technologies. It is ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is looking to build a long-term career within IT project delivery. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the planning, execution and closure of a portfolio of parallel Microsoft platform projects from initiation through completion. Liaise with technical squads, business stakeholders, enterprise architects, vendors and Microsoft implementation partners to ensure smooth delivery. Drive delivery of initiatives such as Azure landing zone build-out (governance, networking, identity, guardrails) and workplace technology rollouts (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID, Windows endpoint). Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocation and budget estimates across the portfolio. Proactively identify, assess and mitigate risks, maintaining RAID logs and contingency plans. Provide regular, consolidated progress reporting across all active projects to Group Digital leadership. Coordinate with enterprise architecture and security teams to ensure solutions meet quality, security and technology standards before handover. Conduct project closure activities, transitioning deliverables to operations and capturing lessons learned. Handle vendors and escalate the toughest delivery challenges to keep projects on track. What We're Looking For 5-10 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering multiple small projects in parallel. Working knowledge of Microsoft workplace technologies (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Intune, Entra ID, Windows endpoint) and Microsoft Azure (landing zones, governance, networking, IaaS/PaaS). Hands-on exposure to cloud infrastructure implementations and workplace technology rollouts, ideally including Azure migration and landing zone delivery. A proactive, dynamic personality with the drive to move projects forward and the judgement to escalate early. Strong stakeholder management, vendor coordination and communication skills. Strong risk management and change control capability. Exposure to meeting room / AV technology rollouts (Microsoft Teams Rooms, cameras, displays, control panels) is a plus. Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) is preferred; Microsoft certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104, MS-900) advantageous. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Information Technology). Why Apply? Join a respected global manufacturer with an active Microsoft platform transformation agenda. Own a varied portfolio of cloud and digital workplace projects rather than a single programme. Collaborative and supportive working environment alongside strong in-house technical experts. Opportunities for professional growth and long-term career development. Competitive remuneration and benefits package.
