We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented After Sales Service Engineer to join our growing team in Malaysia. In this role, you will provide technical support, maintenance, and repair services for our Power Distribution Unit (PDU) products while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through professional technical support and product training. Additional Information: Working hours: 5-day work week (Monday to Friday), 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Location: JTC Defu Industrial City, Defu South (Travel within Malaysia is required) Job Type:Permanent Salary Range:S$3000-4500 Job Responsibilities: 1. Product Maintenance & Technical Support Perform on-site troubleshooting, inspection, maintenance, and repair of PDU (Power Distribution Unit) products. Diagnose product faults and provide timely corrective actions to ensure stable and reliable operation. Conduct routine preventive maintenance and product inspections. 2. Customer Training Deliver product training to customers on installation, operation, daily maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. Provide technical guidance to improve customers' product knowledge and user experience. 3. Customer Communication & Coordination Serve as the primary technical contact between the company and customers. Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on after-sales issues promptly. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical problems efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate service records, including maintenance reports, troubleshooting logs, customer feedback, and training records. Prepare regular service reports and update management on customer issues and service progress. Job Requirements: Diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or other related disciplines. Solid understanding of electrical principles and circuit fundamentals. Hands-on experience in electrical troubleshooting, product maintenance, and equipment repair. Experience with PDU, power systems, UPS, data center equipment, or electrical distribution systems is an advantage. Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to provide high-quality customer support. Able to respond to emergency customer requests on a 24/7 on-call basis when required. Willing to travel within Malaysia for on-site service assignments. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus to handle Chinese-language menus and liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
