Job Description We are seeking a responsible and experienced Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of swimming pool, spa, and fountain maintenance services, while coordinating mechanical installation and maintenance works. The successful candidate will ensure all operations are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company and client requirements. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning, maintenance, and servicing activities for swimming pools, spas, and fountains. Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials to various work sites. Inspect work quality to ensure compliance with company standards and client specifications. Monitor water treatment systems and ensure proper chemical balancing and filtration system performance. Supervise the installation, servicing, repair, and maintenance of pumps, motors, filters, pipelines, valves, and other mechanical equipment. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of mechanical systems. Prepare daily work schedules, service reports, maintenance records, and site inspection reports. Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety procedures. Train, guide, and supervise technicians and maintenance workers to improve productivity and work quality. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and management regarding work progress and technical issues. Monitor inventory of tools, equipment, spare parts, and cleaning materials, and recommend replenishment when necessary. Attend to emergency maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of assigned works. Ensure all projects are completed within scheduled timelines while maintaining high service standards. Job Requirements Diploma, Higher NITEC, Technical Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant supervisory experience in cleaning, swimming pool maintenance, facilities maintenance, or mechanical engineering works. Good knowledge of pool filtration systems, water treatment processes, pumps, motors, and mechanical equipment maintenance. Ability to supervise multiple work sites and manage field operations effectively. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiar with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices. Able to prepare work reports and communicate effectively with clients and management. Willing to work at various project locations across Singapore when required. Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor environments. Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
