Payroll Processing : Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll. Ensure accurate entry of employee data, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status. Verify and reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems. Prepare and distribute payroll reports as needed. Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations related to payroll and employment. Support annual audits and provide necessary documentation. Employee Support : Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies. Provide assistance in onboarding new employees and managing benefits enrollment. Administrative Tasks: Support HR initiatives and projects as needed. Assist in maintaining employee files and other HR documentation. Perform any other related tasks or projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
