CCTV Service Technician

Job Description: In charge of execution of service and maintenance workflow. Responsible for liaising closely with client representatives on all service and maintenance related issues. Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results. Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities. Responsible in providing support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot, service and maintenance of security systems at clients’ premises. Familiarise yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client's business, organization and objectives. Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act. Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.
