Graphic Designer

Job Description: Roote is a growing startup focused on building a strong and distinctive brand identity. We are looking for individuals who are creative, driven, and passionate about contributing to a fast-paced startup environment. Role Overview Create visually compelling designs aligned with Roote’s brand identity Support the visual direction and branding of the company Work closely with the marketing and founding team on campaigns and creative concepts Contribute to the overall growth and image of the brand Key Responsibilities Design content for social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok Create marketing materials, promotional graphics, and branding assets Develop creative concepts and visual ideas for campaigns and launches Ensure consistency across all brand visuals and communications Assist with content creation and visual storytelling Edit and refine designs based on feedback and project requirements Stay updated on current design trends and branding aesthetics Support creative brainstorming and campaign ideation Requirements Strong interest in graphic design, branding, and creative direction Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar tools Creative mindset with strong attention to detail Good communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment Portfolio or previous design work is preferred Preferred Qualities Passion for branding, startups, and aesthetics Strong initiative and creativity Detail-oriented and adaptable Open to feedback and collaborative work What You’ll Gain Opportunity to be part of a growing startup from an early stage Hands-on experience in branding and creative direction Creative freedom to contribute ideas and concepts Exposure to startup operations and brand-building Opportunity to grow alongside the company Work Location: In person
