Senior Facilities Manager/ Facilities Manager

Location: The work location will be at MOE schools in either the North or East region 5 days working Requirements: At least 10 years and above of relevant working experiences in a supervisory role. 3 years of experience providing IFM services SIFMA Certified FM Expert (CFME) (Tier 3) certification or higher Job Summary: Oversee daily facilities operations and maintenance activities across assigned sites, ensuring building services and M&E systems remain operational, safe, and compliant. Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive, corrective, cyclical, and ad-hoc maintenance works while ensuring service delivery meets contractual KPIs and quality standards. Act as the key liaison with clients, authorities, consultants, contractors, and service providers, addressing operational issues and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Supervise FM Executives, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring compliance with safety, statutory, and contractual requirements. Monitor contractor performance, fault rectification, incident response, and service recovery to ensure operational efficiency. Prepare and review operational reports, maintenance records, KPI reports, quotations, procurement requests, and related documentation. Support improvement initiatives, upgrading projects, digitalisation efforts, sustainability programmes, and energy-saving initiatives. Ensure compliance with workplace safety, fire safety, environmental regulations, and company policies.
