About the Role We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Operations Executive to oversee the company's HR operational functions, ensuring efficient payroll administration, accurate HR processes, regulatory compliance and continuous process improvement. This role will play a key role in payroll administration, compensation & benefits, HR systems, performance administration and HR operational projects. The successful candidate will also work closely with regional stakeholders and support the ongoing digitalisation and optimisation of HR processes. Reporting to: Head of Human Resources‘ Key Responsibilities Payroll & Compensation Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely salary payment. Process overtime, shift allowances, incentives, bonuses, commissions and final salary payments. Ensure timely and accurate statutory submissions, including CPF, IR8A and other payroll-related requirements. Support annual salary review, bonus exercise and compensation planning. Maintain payroll records and ensure payroll compliance. HR Operations Manage employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions and offboarding. Prepare employment-related documentation, including employment contracts, salary adjustment letters and confirmation letters. Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data. Review and continuously improve HR operational processes. Benefits & Insurance Administer employee benefits and insurance programmes. Liaise with insurance providers and other HR vendors. Coordinate employee benefit enrolment and claims. Performance Administration Coordinate annual and mid-year performance review cycles. Support KPI administration and performance documentation. Assist in performance bonus calculation and reporting. HR Systems & Projects Support HR system implementation, enhancement and optimisation initiatives. Participate in HR digitalisation and process improvement projects. Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), data validation and post-implementation support. Lead or support HR operational projects assigned by the Head of HR. HR Reporting & Analytics Prepare monthly HR reports and dashboards. Analyse payroll, manpower and HR operational data. Support HR budgeting and workforce reporting where required. Requirements Education Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline. Experience Minimum 5 years of HR Operations experience. Hands-on experience in payroll administration within Singapore. Good understanding of Singapore Employment Act, CPF and statutory payroll requirements. Experience supporting Compensation & Benefits administration. Experience using HRIS or Payroll systems. The following experience will be highly advantageous: Experience in HRIS implementation, payroll system migration or HR digital transformation projects. Experience participating in payroll parallel runs, UAT, data migration or system implementation. Experience in logistics, supply chain or fast-paced operational environments. Language Requirements Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is required for this role, as the incumbent will regularly communicate with regional headquarters and review HR systems and documentation where key business information is maintained in Chinese.
