Sales Managment Specialist

Job Summary The Sales Management Specialist supports sales performance management by monitoring business performance, analyzing sales data, and driving operational improvements. This role works closely with the Sales team to provide data-driven insights and enhance sales effectiveness. Responsibilities 1. Sales Performance & KPI Management Monitor and track sales performance against established KPIs and business targets. Develop and maintain sales dashboards and performance reports. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales performance and support management decision-making. 2. Sales Planning & Business Analysis Prepare regular sales reports and business analysis. Support sales forecasting and pipeline tracking. Analyze customer portfolio performance and identify growth opportunities. Assist in improving sales processes and operational efficiency. 3. Sales Administration Support the implementation and communication of sales policies and initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities. Maintain sales-related documentation and reporting. Requirements Bachelor's degree. Strong proficiency in MicrosoftExcel and data analysis. Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills with attention to detail. Good communication andcross-functional coordination skills. Fresh graduates with stronganalytical skills are welcome to apply.
