Warehouse Admin (Inbound) _ Benoi

Job Summary: The Warehouse Inbound/Outbound Administrator is responsible for coordinating and supporting daily warehouse operations related to incoming and outgoing shipments. This role ensures accurate documentation, timely data entry, proper inventory updates, and smooth communication between warehouse staff, transporters, and customers Key Responsibilities: Process and verify receiving documents (DO, PO, invoice, packing list) Update system records for incoming goods Coordinate with warehouse team for unloading and put-away Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages Maintain proper filing and documentation Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports Handle email correspondence and customer inquiries Requirements: Basic knowledge of warehouse operations Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) Experience with WMS/ERP systems is an advantage Good communication and coordination skills Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
