Job Summary: The Warehouse Inbound/Outbound Administrator is responsible for coordinating and supporting daily warehouse operations related to incoming and outgoing shipments. This role ensures accurate documentation, timely data entry, proper inventory updates, and smooth communication between warehouse staff, transporters, and customers Key Responsibilities: Prepare delivery orders and shipping documents Arrange transport bookings and coordinate with drivers Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch records Update inventory system after shipment Follow up on delivery status Maintain accurate inventory records Maintain proper filing and documentation Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports Handle email correspondence and customer inquiries Requirements: Basic knowledge of warehouse operations Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) Experience with WMS/ERP systems is an advantage Good communication and coordination skills Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
