Job Description Key Responsibilities Business Audit & Risk Assessment Conduct business risk assessments across overseas operations, identifying key risks relating to revenue quality, operational efficiency, resource utilisation, workforce management, outsourcing arrangements and regulatory compliance. Plan and execute risk-based operational audits, identify control weaknesses and operational exceptions, and monitor the implementation of corrective actions. Digital Risk Monitoring Develop and enhance digital risk monitoring capabilities by establishing risk scenarios, indicators and dashboards. Leverage data analytics to identify emerging risks, monitor operational performance and support continuous improvement initiatives. Operational Audit Conduct periodic operational audits across overseas business units to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies, operational execution, governance and resource deployment. Provide practical recommendations to strengthen operational performance and business controls. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with regional business functions and corporate headquarters to strengthen governance and enterprise risk management. Support the establishment of integrated business audit mechanisms through continuous monitoring of operational performance and business risks. Investigations & Compliance Support the review of reported misconduct and potential compliance issues. Conduct preliminary investigations into high-risk cases and participate in special audits where necessary. Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and promote a culture of integrity, accountability and compliance. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Management or a related discipline. Professional qualifications such as CIA, CPA, ACCA, CISA or equivalent will be an advantage. Experience At least 8 years of relevant experience in business operations, operational audit, internal audit, risk management, compliance or operational excellence, preferably within logistics, supply chain or multinational organisations. Experience supporting overseas or regional business operations is highly preferred. Experience in conducting operational reviews, investigations or cross-functional risk management initiatives will be an advantage. Skills & Competencies Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data and identify business risks. Good understanding of operational governance, internal controls and risk management principles. Experience using data analytics or visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau or equivalent) will be an advantage. Excellent stakeholder management, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment. Language Professional proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in spoken, written and reading Chinese is preferred to facilitate regular collaboration with corporate headquarters, including reviewing business reports, audit documentation and operational materials prepared in Chinese, and communicating effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
