Job Summary: We are looking for a proactiveand service-oriented IT Support Engineer to provide day-to-day technical support and help maintain stable IT operations across the office. This role is responsible for delivering timely and effective end-user support, maintaining endpoint devices and workplace IT systems, assisting with basic network and infrastructure support, and ensuring IT assets, licenses, and documentation are properly managed. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently,handle medium-complexity technical issues, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and HQ IT teams. Key Responsibilities: End-User IT Support · Provide timely and effective technical support for hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, meeting room equipment, and other end-user IT issues. · Respond to and resolve IT support tickets across departments in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer service. · Support users with troubleshooting related to desktops, laptops, operating systems, applications, network connectivity, and peripheral devices. · Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate internal or external teams when necessary. Endpoint and Workplace IT Management · Prepare, install, configure, and maintain user workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and standard business applications. · Ensure staff devices are properly equipped with required software, security updates, patches, and licenses to support daily business operations. · Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including device setup, account readiness, and access coordination. · Perform regular health checks and preventive maintenance on IT equipment to minimize downtime and reduce operational risk. Network and Infrastructure Support · Assist in supporting the office network, servers, and core IT infrastructure, including routine installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance. · Provide basic support for network devices, wireless connectivity, file sharing, and office IT facilities. · Support server room and IT equipment maintenance to ensure systems are operating reliably and securely. · Work with vendors, service providers, and internal IT teams on infrastructure incidents, upgrades, and maintenance activities. IT Asset, Documentation, and Reporting · Maintain accurate records of IT assets, hardware and software inventories, software licenses, and related documentation. · Ensure documentation is up to date, well organized, and properly maintained for operational and audit purposes. · Prepareand submit monthly IT reports, including support activities, asset status, and operational updates. · Follow and improve IT support procedures, standards, and documentation where needed. Security and Continuous Improvement · Follow company IT and information security policies, and support the implementation ofsecurity controls and best practices. · Monitor for unauthorized software installation, non-compliant device usage, and otherbasic security or policy-related issues. · Assist in identifying recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance IT service quality and user productivity. · Support IT-related projects and other technical initiatives as assigned by internal or external stakeholders. Job Requirements · Diploma or Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field · A proven track record in IT/desktop/end-user support in a corporate environment · Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows, iOS, and Android devices · Proficient in desktop/laptop support, software installation, patching, and IT assetmanagement · Basic network troubleshooting (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP configuration, network devices) · Familiar with office IT infrastructure (printers, meeting room devices, shared systems) · Good knowledge of Microsoft business applications and enterprise productivity tools · Awareness of IT security practices (endpoint protection, patch compliance, incidentresponse) · Advantage: Scripting/automation skills (Batch, Excel Macros, SQL) · Experience with Microsoft 365 (user accounts, access permissions, collaboration tools) · Experience with ticketing systems, IT inventory, and service management processes · Familiar with IT support documentation and vendor coordination · Exposure to network/system security or office infrastructure support is a plus
