Key Responsibilities Drive business growth by securing new customers and expanding existing accounts. Develop and execute sales and business development strategies. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners. Identify market opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Lead commercial negotiations and close high-value deals. Work closely with operations to ensure excellent customer service. Lead and inspire the business development team to achieve ambitious targets. Requirements Minimum 8–10 years of business development or sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts. Strong network within the logistics industry is an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented.
