We are looking for a positive and reliable candidate who is detailed-oriented to join our demanding kitchen. At TIANN’S , we specialise in gluten-free and sugar conscious creations. Everything is designed for those who want to eat healthier without compromising on taste and flavour. Our guests have a wide range of dietary preferences/intolerances, and we make sure that we feed them well with only what they can have. What you will be doing: Manage the daily operations in the kitchen Handle ingredients and execute mise en place Ensure proper production projection and management of ingredients for festive seasons and events Prepare the kitchen stations and get ready for morning opening and night closing Collaborate with the team on the areas of food preparation and production in the highest quality and in accordance with the recipes Supplies and inventory management Order supplies and manage costs Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, hygiene and sanitisation in all areas Manage wastage control Enforce of health and safety practices Assist Head Chef with tasks as assigned Manage all kitchen staff Ensure sufficient manpower assigned in kitchen, in collaboration with restaurant manager Work with FOH team to ensure smooth operations Stay knowledgeable about ingredients Conduct other tasks, where required What you'd need: Enjoy working in a disciplined and fast-paced environment Has excellent command of English Able to work well and communicate effectively and efficiently with the team Familiar with food allergens Eager to learn and take on challenges Highly self-motivated Culinary Diploma and at least 5 years of kitchen experience Comfortable to work on Weekends and Public Holidays What you will enjoy: Competitive salary and overtime pay Birthday benefit Staff meals and drinks provided Medical and dental benefits Uniform laundry service provided Clean, positive and cohesive work environment Opportunities for career advancement Send your resume via Whatsapp to 96491650.
