Tech Recruitment Sourcing Specialist

Salt Talent Search is looking for a Tech Recruitment Sourcing Specialist for 12 months extendable contract role with one of our leading Technology clients. Responsibilities: Manage and build pipelines via channels such as sourcing, screening, referrals and cold-calling for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key technical talents of all levels. Develop a holistic business understanding and manage stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners (e.g: Agencies). Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency (e.g: Support market research and talent mapping initiatives). Ensuring a great candidate experience for all candidates in the recruitment process Qualifications: Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (ie. Boolean, LinkedIn and other alternative sourcing techniques) - Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the capability to analyze high amounts of data to support business strategies and decisions. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization internally, as well as externally. Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment and prioritize multiple functions and tasks. One year of sourcing experience in a high-volume environment for tech industry (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment). Experience in China market is highly desirable to deal with stakeholders and candidates in China Native level Mandarin proficiency is preferred CEI No: R1763696 / EA No: 07C3147
