Technical Recruiter

Job Description & Requirements Salt Talent Search is seeking a Technical Talent Recruiter for a 12 months contract role. As a Technical Talent Recruiter you will be responsible to attract, screen and hire talents based on clients requirements. What will you do: Proactively develop and execute sourcing strategies using ATS system, LinkedIn, job boards and networking to build a robust pipeline of candidates. Create and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future roles. Craft and send personalized, compelling outreach messages (emails/InMails) to spark interest. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define candidate personas, understand role requirements, and refine search strategies. Track all sourcing activity, candidate engagement, and data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Measure and report on recruitment metrics. What will you need: 5 to 8 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter across APAC markets Experience of working on Technical roles in Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia and Australia. Expertise in Boolean search techniques and talent sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, TalentBin, GitHub). Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective candidate outreach. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
