Property And Tenancy Management Executive

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Property and Tenancy Management Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day management of commercial properties, ensure smooth leasing operations and delivering excellent tenant service. Key Responsibilities Support leasing and marketing initiatives by collecting and analyzing relevant property data. Prepare tenancy reports, including property inspection records and photographs. Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants by responding to their needs and ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction. Coordinate with marketing agents and the Marcom team on tenancy matters. Maintain and update tenancy registry. Administer tenancy agreements, and other operations administration. Monitor rental arrears and assist in arrears management and follow-up. Provide support to tenants and prospective tenants with basic A&P activities. Coordinate property handover and takeover processes. Assist the Property Manager in coordinating basic building maintenance and M&E matters. Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in commercial property management, leasing, or tenant relations. Outgoing, positive, and able to build rapport with tenants and stakeholders. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Outgoing, positive, and able to build rapport with tenants and stakeholders. Basic understanding of building operations and M&E systems is an advantage.
