Senior Finance Manager

Role Purpose The role will start with a hands-on focus on finance operations, month-end close, and reporting. Over time, it will expand to oversee finance operations, statutory compliance, and management reporting across the Alpina Holdings Pte Ltd Group in alignment with Savills Singapore. Key Responsibilities : Financial Accounting & Reporting Manage the full financial accounting function for AHPL Group, including GL, reconciliations, and intercompany Lead monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and year-end closing processes within set timelines Prepare and review management accounts, variance analysis, and business performance insights Ensure AHPL reporting aligns with Savills Singapore consolidation requirements Support preparation of board packs and financial summaries for senior leadership Statutory & Tax Compliance Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, GST, and corporate tax requirements Liaise with Group Finance, external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities Maintain audit-ready records, supporting schedules, and documentation Finance Operations & Internal Controls Oversee end-to-end finance operations: AP, AR,GL, payroll interface, and cash management Strengthen financial controls around project accounting, cost allocation, and revenue recognition Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and audit trails for all transactions Drive process improvement and standardization across AHPL entities
