Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Telemarketer to join our team. Responsibilities Contact customers to schedule and confirm appointments to ensure timely service delivery Follow up with customers to remind and confirm upcoming appointments, improving attendance rates Reconnect with customers to introduce ongoing promotions and increase engagement Handle customer enquiries professionally via phone calls and messaging platforms to resolve issues and provide information Maintain accurate customer records and appointment schedules to support efficient operations Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support team functions Preferred competencies and qualifications Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service to enhance communication effectiveness Basic computer literacy to manage customer records and scheduling systems Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers clearly and courteously Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude to foster a welcoming customer experience Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone to handle enquiries and appointments Other Information Working Hours Monday to Friday 10:00am – 5:00pm Salary $2500-$3000 Performance incentives available Location Central Singapore
