Laboratory Assistant Executive

Duration: 6 months + Option to extend another 2.5 months Location: Kent Ridge Working Days and Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours Salary: $2,600 - $2,850 per month Job Responsibilities: Coordinate equipment preparation, distribution, and courier services for streamlined logistics and timely delivery. Management of equipment issuance, collection and Quality Checks Tracking of application payments. Provide customer service and maintain communication to ensure service quality. Lead customer service surveys, analyse feedback, and drive process improvements.
