HR Operation System Specialist

We are seeking a Tech-Minded HR Operations & Systems Specialist to support HR operations while driving process improvements and automation. You will manage HR systems, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency through digital solutions. Contract: 12 months Salary: Up to $4,000/month Location: Mapletree Business City Working Hours: Mon–Thu: 8:30am–6:00pm | Fri: 8:30am–5:30pm HR Operations & System Management Manage end-to-end HR processes including performance cycles, bonus administration, promotions, onboarding/offboarding, claims, and vendor payments. Support HR system queries, ensure data accuracy, and maintain compliance through audits and validation. Administer HR platforms such as Workday and FormSG , including user access, role management, and system maintenance. Process Improvement & Automation Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve HR workflows. Design and implement digital solutions using HR systems and low-code platforms. Maintain SOPs, system documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Data & Stakeholder Management Generate HR reports and insights to support business decisions. Partner with HR teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and enhance processes. Provide guidance, training, and support to drive system adoption and process compliance.
