Govt- HR Executive [Systems & Process Improvement]

Basic Salary: Up to $5,500 + Up to 2 Months' Bonus Hybrid Work Arrangement Monday to Friday, Office Hours 12-Month Renewable Contract Government Project Exposure Key Responsibilities Manage HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, performance, promotion and bonus exercises. Support and maintain HR systems, ensuring accurate employee data and system records. Review existing HR processes and identify opportunities to improve workflows and reduce manual work. Support the implementation of digital forms, automation initiatives and system enhancements. Prepare HR reports, dashboards and data analysis to support business decisions. Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation and user guides. Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve HR processes and system efficiency. Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems or related disciplines. Experience in HR Operations, HR Systems, HRIS, HR Projects or Process Improvement is a plus.
