HR Operations Executive (Payroll, 1 Year Contract)

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Associate to support payroll administration and employee services within a dynamic research environment. $2,800 per month 1-year contract Mon - Fri, office hours one-north MRT What to expect: Manage end-to-end payroll administration, including CPF, tax submissions, and payroll processing using SAP. Prepare monthly payroll reports, headcount reports, reconciliations, and finance-related payroll documentation. Process employee claims, statutory leave claims, and government-paid leave schemes while ensuring compliance and accuracy. Liaise with Finance, auditors, employees, and internal stakeholders to resolve payroll queries and support audit exercises. Maintain payroll records and support system enhancements, issue resolution, and other HR operational initiatives. Who we are looking for: Possesses minimum a Diploma with 1 year of experience in payroll and/or HR operations support. Meticulous individual who works well in a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
