Shipping Coordinator (Us Mnc | Up To $3,800 | Office Hours)

Location: North Salary: Up to $3,800/month (depending on experience) Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Employment Type: 12-month Contract (Convertible/Renewable) Benefits: Up to $3,800 salary (based on experience) 14 Days Annual Leave & Medical Leave 1-Month Completion Bonus Job Responsibilities As a Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of shipping operations and timely delivery of shipments. Your duties include: Prepare, verify and file shipping documentation for various shipment types. Liaise with Customer Service Representatives, suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines and warehouse personnel to coordinate shipment schedules and delivery status. Monitor shipment reports and ensure timely shipment updates. Lead the shipping team and resolve day-to-day shipment and order processing issues. Escalate complex shipment matters to the Supervisor where necessary. Investigate shipment discrepancies and implement corrective actions for routine issues. Support the Supervisor in resolving more complex operational issues. Assist in daily manpower allocation for shipping operations. Train and guide new team members on shipping processes and procedures. Serve as the main point of contact for routine shipping enquiries and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related discipline. 2–4 years of experience in the logistics or supply chain industry. Experience handling shipping documentation and coordinating shipment activities. Able to exercise sound judgement in resolving operational issues and making recommendations. Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
