*Govt* Production Executive (Events & Parade Operations)

We are looking for a proactive and organised Production Executive to support the planning and execution of large-scale events and performances. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy event operations, production coordination, stakeholder engagement, and working behind the scenes to deliver memorable public events. Location: On-site Working Hours: Mon - Thurs: 9.30am - 7pm, Fri: 9.30am - 6.30pm Duration: till 31 May 27 Responsibilities: Event & Production Coordination Coordinate the participation of performing groups by managing rehearsal schedules, costumes, props, floats, music, and production requirements. Liaise closely with performers, production teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth preparation and event execution. Provide on-site operational support during rehearsals and event days to ensure performances run according to schedule. Production Planning & Operations Support Production Managers in planning and coordinating rehearsals, filming sessions, and production logistics. Serve as the key liaison for designated performance areas during rehearsals and live events. Monitor operational readiness and resolve on-site issues promptly. Creative & Content Support Assist in sourcing and coordinating materials for video, projection, and multimedia production. Support pre-recording of performances and coordinate with Sound, Lighting, and Effects teams. Participate in creative discussions with production teams and choreographers to support event concepts and execution. Volunteer & Stakeholder Management Recruit, coordinate, and manage volunteers supporting production operations. Communicate with performing groups, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination throughout the project. Administrative Support Provide general administrative and secretariat support to the production team. Requirements Degree in Events Management, Arts Management, Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. Experience in event management, production coordination, project management, or operations is an advantage.
