Talent Acquisition Executive (Public Agency)

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR professional with experience in recruitment operations support and talent research. Contract Duration: 9 months (extendable) Salary: Up to $4,500/month Responsibilities: Schedule recruitment interviews Arrange logistics for interviews (e.g. get time slots, book room, contact candidates, administer tests, obtain documents for interviews) Administer reference checks Assist with security clearance for candidates Send rejection emails and track reasons for rejection Record staff referral cases Support onboarding and other duties assigned Research and identify local and overseas talent pool to build longlists for open and upcoming positions Support TA team with sourcing and screening of suitable candidates through direct emails, referrals, job portals, LinkedIn Inmails etc. Requirements Background in Human Resource, Business Administration or any other relevant field of study Prior experience in recruitment operations or HR administration is preferred Familiarity with talent sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, job portals, and direct outreach methods Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Good written and verbal communication skills for liaising with candidates, hiring managers, and external parties High attention to detail,particularly in administering reference checks, security clearance processes,and maintaining accurate records By submitting your resume, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information per ScienTec’s Privacy Policy (scientecconsulting.com/privacy-policy).
