Procurement Specialist (Process Transformation)

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist with a strong background in procurement transformation, policy development, and strategic partnering to drive procurement excellence and organisational impact. Up to $8,000 per month Pasir Panjang / Punggol / WFH 1-year contract, subject to renewal What to expect: Serve as a trusted procurement partner to business divisions and agencies by advising on procurement strategies and contracting models to support timely and risk-based project delivery. Develop, implement, and enhance procurement policies and contract guidelines. Lead end-to-end procurement advisory from requirements planning through contract award. Drive continuous improvement of procurement platforms , processes, and products by applying product thinking, leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve user experience, compliance, and procurement efficiency. Conduct market engagement and supplier governance activities , including market sounding, vendor engagement, and incorporating industry insights to strengthen procurement frameworks, policies, and templates. Build procurement capability by sharing best practices, improving governance, collaborating with legal, finance, and risk stakeholders. Requirements : Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience in Procurement. Experience within the public sector is a plus. Strong understanding of procurement policies, governance, tendering processes, and contract management principles. Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and provide strategic procurement advice to business units and cross-functional teams.
