Job Scope: Prepare, mix, and serve beverages to the highest standards, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation in accordance with established recipes and procedures. Deliver exceptional guest service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, providing beverage recommendations, and creating a welcoming bar experience. Support efficient bar operations through proper setup, stock replenishment, accurate POS transactions, cash handling, and maintaining an organised work environment. Uphold health, safety, hygiene, and company compliance standards while ensuring a clean, safe, and professional environment for both guests and team members. Job Requirements: Relevant experience in a similar role within hospitality, F&B or related industries preferred. Good knowledge of operational procedures, quality standards and workplace safety practices. Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
