Job Scope: Welcome and assist guests with reservations, seating arrangements, and dining enquiries, ensuring a warm, personalised, and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure. Manage guest flow, maintain accurate reservation records, and coordinate closely with service, bar, and culinary teams to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations. Deliver exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs, handling feedback professionally, promoting restaurant offerings, and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience. Uphold cleanliness, presentation, food safety, and service standards while maintaining a professional appearance, supporting team collaboration, and adhering to all health and safety procedures. Job Requirements: Relevant experience in a similar role within hospitality, F&B or related industries preferred. Good knowledge of operational procedures, quality standards and workplace safety practices. Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
