Position: Service Engineer – Industrial Robots & Automation Equipment Location: Ang Mo Kio Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm Salary: Basic up to $3,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus Benefits: Mobile Allowance + 7-21 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits Duration: Permanent Why Join? Our client is a Japanese-based company specialising in industrial robots and automation equipment. They are currently looking for a Service Engineer to support installation, maintenance and technical servicing work at customer sites. This is a good opportunity for candidates who are keen to build their technical career in industrial automation and robotics. Candidates with relevant electrical or electronics qualifications are welcome to apply, and training will be provided for suitable candidates. Responsibilities: Carry out installation, testing and commissioning of industrial robots and automation equipment. Perform preventive maintenance, inspection, diagnostics and troubleshooting. Respond to service requests and provide on-site technical support to customers. Perform repair and rectification work for electrical systems. Prepare service reports, quotations and technical documentation when required. Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues. Participate in standby and emergency support duties when required. Requirements: ITE / NITEC / Higher NITEC / Polytechnic Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related discipline. Hands-on experience in installation, maintenance or troubleshooting of robots, automation equipment or electrical systems will be an advantage. No experience required, training will be provided. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and customer service skills. Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence will be an advantage, as the role may require travelling to customer sites.
