About this role

Position : Executive Personal Assistant to Director / CEO Location : Work From Home / Director's Place if Required Working hours : 5 Days Work Week (Flexible Hours) Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6500 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Leave + Insurance Coverage Duration : Permanent Industry : Polymer Solutions Main Responsibilities: Provide both professional and personal support to the Director/CEO. Manage complex calendars, appointments, meetings, and communications. Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodation, transportation, visa applications, and reservations. Provide real-time support during business trips, including scheduling and follow-ups across different time zones. Handle confidential documents, emails, and correspondence with the highest level of discretion. Assist with household matters, personal appointments, home maintenance, and errands. Support family office administration and ad hoc projects. Coordinate end-to-end family travel arrangements, including multi-leg international trips, luxury accommodation, fine dining reservations, and leisure activities. Ensure the Director's personal and professional daily operations run smoothly. Requirements: 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant Diploma or equivalent qualification. Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills. Flexible to work according to the Director's schedule and across different time zones.
