Service Coordinator (Kitchen Equipment)

Position : Service coordinator (Kitchen Equipment) Location : West – Kian Teck Way (Accessible via Buses from Boon Lay/Joo Koon) Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus + 14-18 days annual leaves + Medical Insurance + Medical Reimbursement $300 Duration : Permanent Industry : Commercial Kitchen Equipment Main Responsibilities: Handle ordering of spare parts and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. Prepare and issue invoices to customers accurately and promptly. Coordinate with the service team to schedule and track service jobs. Maintain proper documentation of service records, parts inventory, and customer transactions. Provide administrative support to the Service Department, including filing and reporting. Communicate effectively with customers regarding service updates, quotations, and billing. Assist in monitoring stock levels and initiate replenishment when required.
