Supply Chain Coordinator

Position: Supply Chain Coordinator Location: Alexandra Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm) Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,800 + Monthly Transport Reimbursement + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits Duration: Permanent Industry: Electric Automotive Products Main Responsibilities: Coordination and negotiation with internal & external parties (customers/suppliers & freight forwarders) Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating/issuing, SAP input, sailing schedule arrangement, invoice & BL checking) Supplier and customer management (order backlog & forecast management) Cost Analysis (awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost) Requirements: Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Minimum Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience Possess knowledge and practical experience in using Incoterms Experienced liaising with customers, suppliers, and forwarders for overseas shipments, including both import and export activities Email to: abby.pang@searchpersonnel.com.sg for more information.
