Position: HR Executive Location: Defu Lane Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm) Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,800 + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits Duration: Permanent Industry: Gas Distributor Main Responsibilities: Handles recruitment matters such as job postings, conducting interviews, preparation of employment contract and onboarding Maintain and update of employee personal files Manage payroll, foreign workers matters such as work pass, applications, renewal, etc Monitor and process contract renewals Handle staff training schedule and liaise with trainers regarding availability to conduct classes Handle submission for government training grant and staff absentee payroll claims Responsible for staff welfare activities coordination Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR and payroll Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Email to: abby.pang@searchpersonnel.com.sg for more information.
