Customer Service Officer (Inquiry/Quotation) - Up To $4200

Position: Customer Service Officer (Inquiry/Quotation) Location: Ang Mo Kio (Few bus stops from Yio Chu Kang MRT) Working hours: 5 days’ work week, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4200 Duration: 1 year contract renewable or convertible Industry: Semiconductor & Electronic Main Responsibilities: Provide good customer support to our corporate customers, including end-to-end management of customers’ orders and requests Respond promptly to customers’ inquiries, including requests for quotations, service support and documentation Prepare and submit quotations to customers promptly Prepare and submit documents required by customers in their respective management systems Proactively update customers on their order status and shipment schedules Maintain accurate and updated records of spare parts price lists for customers Coordinate and liaise with customers, forwarders and internal departments to fulfil customers’ orders and ensure timely execution of shipments Prepare and submit documentation to assist customers with custom queries Work closely with internal teams to manage customers’ issues & solution implementation Requirements: Degree or Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant working experience Candidates with more years of relevant working experience will be considered for senior position with higher remuneration Able to work after office hours when required Email to joiE@searchpersonnel.com.sg Do visit Search Personnel Pte Ltd for more job listings. ***We DO NOT charge our candidates nor bind them with any contract.*** Joie Chang Deputy Consulting Director (APAC) Reg no.: R2090601 | EA No: 13C6684 Thank you for your interest in this position.
